Quick Fix for synchronize and Transfer Issues
Why am I asked to synchronize my device with Rhapsody 4?
1. Deauthorize Computer - Upgrade DRM - Athorize
Computer
2. Click my account – Update Track Licences
3. Set device to MTP or Autodetect or Rhapsody Mode
- Download a new track from music guide to library and transfer that new track to
mp3 player or right click device click device licence
5. if it not works format device and retransfer all tracks

How do I transfer music from Rhapsody 4 to my device?
1. Open rhapsody , click Rhapsody Music guide on the right hand side you can find Whats new ,Music guide ,channel guide , my Rhapsody . select music guide –clck “ + “ mark to download the song to library
2. click my library right click track select download track .
3. set device to MTP mode drag and drop the track to MP3 Player.

Trouble signing in to Rhapsody 4?
The username and password you entered does not match an existing account.
1. Check Customer using exact user name or E mail address
2. Change Password in Rhaptool if Comcast customer with Ext of 038 goto http://snipurl.com/reset and reset password for cox try to reset using http://snipurl.com/coxreset or tell customer to contact cox
3. Check if cust have multiple account if so change password as “wrong” for all other account .
'Insufficient rights' error during transfer from Rhapsody 4 to a device?
1. Deauthorize Computer and Delete Portable licences from Rhaptool
2. Delete MCS.RMA and Authorize Computer
3. Set device to MTP mode
4. Click MyAccount and Update track licence
5.set device to MTP mode and try to transfer track to MP3 player

- Correct the date and time setting on your computer and device.
- Press CTRL + Shift and select Reset Secured clock in mp3 player on Rhapsody
- Ensure your device is supported
- Update MTP drivers
- Deauthorize computer ,Upgrade DRM , Restart – Authorize computer –update track licence and try to transfer
- Ensure you have updated device firmware

Asked to buy Rhapsody 4 tracks before transferring them?
1. Sign in and make sure your computer is authorized.
2. Ensure your device and computer are Rhapsody To Go compatible.
3. Fix the date and time setting on your device or computer.
4. Do RhapDRMclean ( Delete helix licances update Helix componets , Update Windows Compponents)
5. Update Device firmware

I get a 'Track type not compatible' error when trying to transfer tracks to my device. How do I fix this?
1. Close Rhapsody and all the windows desktop
2. Rename Rhapsody and Rhapsody sdk
3. Delete basi3260.dll and mcs.rma and Reimport tracks to library
4. Open Rhapsody click my account - select Devices - select Advanced settings - Delete Files now
5. Set device to MTP or Rhapsody Mode and try to transfer

First step( new) : Rhapsody Clean_uninstall
1 : Ensure your system meets the Rhapsody 4 system requirements.
2 : Rename the Rhapsody folder in the Application Data folder.
3 : Disconnect all USB devices from the system.
4 : Rename the Windows DRM folder.
5 : Completely uninstall, then reinstall Rhapsody.
6 : Update Windows Components and troubleshoot Helix Components, then rename the Rhapsody folder in the Application Data folder.
7 : Uninstall Google Desktop products.
