1. Rename the DRM folder

2. Update your Windows Components. (tinyurl.com/396g3b) New indivit for WMP11

3.Install Patch files  for WMP 11 Runtime  ( tinyurl.com/2alytm )  and then  WMPSDK ( snipurl.com/wmpsdk )
4 . .If still not fixed  Uninstall WMP11 , then reinstall Windows Media Player 11.

How do I rename the Windows DRM folder?

1. Goto My computer – local Disk c: drive – Documents and Settings – All users – DRM
2. ( DRM folder will be normally secured and hidden so click Tools - folder Options – View- Check show hidden files and folders , uncheck hide Extensions for Known file types , Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).
