* can find Subscribed Partner Plan
* just below that can find cancel this plan
* select the reason and just below that u can
find Cancell this subscription
* click to cancell

* click my account in Rhaptool
* can find Subscribed Partner Plan -
* just below that u can find extend some free time
* just below that update number in " How many "
and select days/week/month/quater/year ( eg : one month type 1 in " how many " and select "month" )
( Note * dont give any comp without asking El's or Tl's )

How to Redeem PREPAID Card
Validate from our END
open Rhaptool
on the Right hand side corner you can find REDEEM PREPAID CARD select it
Enter the PIN: ( Prepaid card number )
select validate card
if there is search with hyperlink seems that card has been already redeemed else
* Pull cust records in Rhaptool
* click my account in rhaptool
* can find Subscribed Partner Plan
* just below that can find " redeem prepaid card "
* Select Account History can find the card value get updated.

How to Validate Coupons
In Rhaptool select Validate and enter the coupon code if it says " search " seems like card is activated if u click on search it will pull the account - else pull cust account goto subscription - can find " apply a coupon to this subscription" - enter the cupon number and and activate

How to check Used Coupon codes and used preopaid cards
Used Coupon codes
Open Cust records in Rhaptool - select Used Coupon - enter the coupon code - will get the relevent information of that Coupon code used.

Open Cust records in Rhaptool - select Used Coupon - enter the Prepaid card number will get the relevent information of that prepaid card used.

How to Check cust last login information
Open Cust records in Rhaptool - select CSR Notes - enter start date ( from when ) - can even easily check for 5days , 10 days , 30 days

How to get back the credit given in Rhaptool
On the Rhaptool - Account History - just below Current Credit Summary - click on it - on the right hand side you can find all the credits given with " Purge " as an option if u click on " Purge " credit will be purged.

In Rhaptool - Downlod Hostory - in the change status if it says " PURCHASED " seems like tracks not downloaded - if it says " Downloaded " seems like tracks got downloaded in copmputer

open Cust account in Rhaptool - click Billing to get edit billing info - if u need to create a new Biller select " Click here to create a new biller " or if u need to edit the existing billing informaion select " Edit this biller "
